Not worth signing up to Ozlose

Average customer service and very little support after deposit has been made. Very unlikely that u will win or even have a decent gaming session. In fact its more than likely u will lose whatever u deposited within 5min at the most. That would also be on minimum bet on any game u choose to play, hot or cold. Unfortunately i am partly to blame as well cause i keep coming back hoping my luck will change but surprise surprise, not even 5min and i am kicking myself. So if u want a chance of winning go sign up at another casino but if u got money to waste then be like me and play at Ozlose. You never know your luck and could get 10min game play and if u extremely lucky an hour game play. On that rare chance u could get a really good gaming session for hours but definitely got a better chance of winning lotto than winning at Ozlose.

4 stars and crashing down

I was madly in love with this casino untill about 2 and a half weeks ago, I hit what I thought was a dry spell for a day or 2. But now, after playing almost every other day, I havnt won nothing significant. Just the other night, I got 50 free spins on deposit, I got nothing from free spins and nothing from my money, straight after, I deposited more money to get the 75 free spins, the first 25 spins pairs here and then, and then bam, 50 spins later I got about 20 cents... I'm very bewildered by this and considering my loses, leaving and deleting my account unless something changes. Even though I'm well aware of the consequences of playing online pokes, I still feel very ripped off...

Best withdrawal process!

I happened to win during a bonus and so I initiated the account verification so eventually I could do a withdrawal of the winnings. I must say, impressed. Fun Zone!

I really enjoy playing at Ozwin Casino! There are a lot of fun slots here. I like the tournaments too. But with those I wish they only paid out maybe the top 6 players instead of the top 100! And the pot should grow if the add on's are worth $10 - $20 each. But when you are paying out to the first 100 players, the take home isn't anywhere as good as it should be. But otherwise they have awesome match bonuses, no deposits and free chip bonuses as well! The Customer Support Staff are always super friendly and knowledgeable. I have won up to $5 or 6,000 but haven't tried to cash out. And that's just because I leave the money in my account to play with. I don't always win as no one does or it would be fixed! Lol I would definitely recommend Ozwin to anyone and I have! Great atmosphere to relax and actually enjoy yourself!! Thank you for all the great service and the awesome bonuses! got luck, much...?

I like ozwin casinos layout and the variety of games. The slots I find entertaining to be depositing every week... and yes I have enjoyed the feeling of HUGE wins.... just would have liked a larger weekly withdraw limit and then it wouldn't of looked like 2 months later enjoying the feeling of HAVING A VERY NICE PAYOUT INSTEAD OF WINNING 10K IN A FEATURE SPIN AND NOT BEING ABLE TO HAVE IT PAID OUT FOR AT LEAST 5 WEEKS. That is not to mention how long the 36k I ended up eventually peaking to and then realizing my dilemma. The downer of having the wait I was going to endure before being able to utilize ALL of what I had won just made me feel entertainment was the best value I was going to experience....

Great Overall Casino

This is a great overall casino with a lot of great games and very fair paying. I like playing here a lot. Customer service is great, although at times it may be a little long to connect with an agent. Only a few things they need to improve to get even more business from me. 1. Faster payouts for bitcoin depositors especially loyal long term players. 24-48hours. 2. Coupons and promotions should not be removed when someone wins players should be rewarded for their continued loyalty with promotions every day not just when you lose. Over all great though and one of 4 casinos I play at and if they fix the two issues above i would give them a lot more business.

Strict but fair and kind heart

one of the fairest honest casinos if not the most legitimate and fairest available in Australia ive played here for a couple of years I’ve had wins and been payed no problems at all thier I’ve also had the chance to see huge wins winning the maximum pay during a feature on plentiful treasure one spin into my free games I got a maximum payout for my bet and it payed me over 5000 for one press incredible and as fair dinkum as Australia itself ! I like Ozwin a lot

Have really good customer service agents and I have won a lot of money playing at OZ. I accidentally messed up on one of the TOS and they cancelled my payout - I appealed and explained my side of the story. They debated for a day maybe two and they reversed the cancellation and paid out my winnings with just a warning... What casino does that? Ozwin did! I'm not saying to disregard the TOS... They were totally within their rights to have canceled the payment but thanks to their great customer service they understood and paid me. I am knocking off one star only because it seems that once you've won a decent amount of money they stop sending bonuses to you which is kind of sad but it's still a great casino so I highly recommend
